Kfc springsgate nightmare

Had the absolute worst service from kfc springsgate last night. Ordered our food around 10pm, waited 30 minutes in the queue to get it, then when i got home, my burger didn't have any chicken on it and they only gave me half a box of chips. To top it all off, the paper straw I was given was dissolving by the time my Krusher was halfway done. Also when I was waiting for the food, the lady gave me machine coke instead of the buddy coke i paid for. If it was the first time I would've understood it might have been a mistake. But this is the second time I have not gotten what i paid for. Last night when i tried to call about the problem, for about 45 minutes they didn't answer the phone. Absoluut poor service
