Kfc springs near train station YERR

I'm utterly disgusted with treatment I got from kfc in springs jus by the train station I came in to buy for my mother since it's month end,she wanted some takeaway ( Kentucky) while on the line I was pressed I asked to use the ladies I was told by the security guy with a different accent that they have closed for a day to use toilets and I must just go home .I literally left as I don't understand how they treat their customers JESUS
