KFC spoilt my birthday evening with kids.

So on my birthday 21/02/24 I decided to visit KFC Kraaifontein to buy a Family Feast Meal for my family of 5.

Got there after work around 20:00 and was told by the cashier that there was a 10-minute wait time. I asked her if she was sure only 10 minutes as I needed to book an Uber and one was 15 minutes away. She said yes and I ordered the Uber to take me home. Lo and behold I had to cancel the Uber as the food was not ready and more than 30 minutes later I received the food. No more Ubers available and I had to walk through a dangerous area carrying a KFC meal and other work-related material. Got home very late and my kids were already asleep - so no birthday feast.

After 100 years in business, they still do not realise that a customer should receive and be able to keep their receipt, instead, they take it back when you collect your meal in throw it in the bin.

Now I could have been ****** or even killed on my birthday.
