Kfc southgate pathetic service for the second time

Kfc southgate pathetic service for the second time. I placed an order on their app for 10 dunked wings R99 #tebogo***3 they took my money and order never delivered. I had to call their customer care and they told me the order failed 2 and half hours later only if I didn't call I wouldn't have known. They told me they will refund me but I will get my money in 7 to 14 working days imagine. I want my refund immediately!!!
