KFC Southgate Mall- Twister Complaint

On 3 August I purchased 2 sweet chilli twisters with zinger fillets but upon eating it I realized that it wasn't sweet chilli but rather the normal twister which was subsequently very dry taste wise. I called the food outlet but there was no answer, it wasn't even ringing. I called them again this morning 4 August and was assisted by Themba who was aware about the complaint I was logging with them. He took down my details and said he would call me before close of business today, unfortunately there hasn't been a call till now 9pm. I need to be urgently contacted about my complaint as I paid for the incorrect food and therefore need a refund or the correct food I bought. My number is ***
