KFC southern Suburbs sucks

I visited KFCGrassy park o the 21-01-2024,ordered a family treat got burnt chicken, contacted the customer care line multiple times no response.The week after I went to KFC in Bergvliet then I got the wrong order,only saw when I got home that the order is wrong. I contacted the store immediately,they advised they will call me back until today I haven't received any communication from them.Im disappointed in the level of service received.
