KFC Southdale

I bought 2 piece chicken at KFC Southdale and asked for a drumstick and Thigh and didn't any of the pieces I asked for, before I collected my order I asked if they have followed my I instructions and they said yes. This is not the first time this has happened and I an tired I couldn't finish my meal and I feel ******, I want my refund.
