KFC South Africa (Kuruman)

Had the worse thing happened to me at KFC in Kuruman. The cost for my meal was deducted twice from my account. After asking the manager for my money back as they said the transaction was not through they refused and asked for bank statements. After sending through my complaint to KFC no response was given. I have a claim number and everything. To this day my money has not been given back to me. Watch out people of South Africa for this bad company called KFC. No more adding hope ?.
