kfc south africa blocks me after food complaint

So I ordered kfc on the online KFC about 3 weeks ago . The food came from the rondeboch east kfc . I ordered dunked wings and 2 zinger burgers with chips . Upon arrival I found that there ain’t any chips so I inboxed kfc SA on Twitter . Upon eating my burger I realized that it weren’t zinger burgers but Cornell burgers . So I informed them once again. I was patient enough two wait a few weeks. Yesterday I messaged kfc telling them that I had not received a phone call. I asked them “hey what’s your guys number “ he said it starts with 086 . I look at my phone records with no phone call from that number . Tonight I found that they blocked me from Twitter . I’m so freaking ****ed
