KFC SOphiatown HORRIFIC SERVICE CONTINUSLY FROM THIS BRANCH

I ordered online as a guest as I always do. I made a card payment of R333.50 my order included ×2spicy crunch box buddy, wrapsta box with reg drink , 10 dunked wings and a bucket for one. I was told the meal will be ready 19:23 but wen I arrived there after 20:00pm I had to wait another 10-15 mins. When I got my meal I asked the lady is everything In the paper bag she then said yes. I got into the Uber is it was late and went home when I got home my one spicy crunch box buddy was not in the bag I then called kfc sophia town and spoke to silindile and told her my order is missing a meal. The lady told me straight bcoz I live Ina dangerous area they cannot send a driver to bring the food I must rather fetch it that time of the night or they will bring it to my home in the morning. She told me point blank there's nothing she can do and that I will have to wait for a refund if I don't want the food. *** service I must say mind you it's the 2nd time this is happening to me. KFC SOPHIATOWN IS A HELL NO FOR ME ur services sucks so bad I can't say it enough. I want my money back because the last time I let is slide this time I'm fed up with ur nonsense customer service.
