KFC SOPHIATOWN BAD SERVICE, MISSING ITEMS NO RESPONSE FOR 5 DAYS NOW

Still no response from KFC Sophiatown. My question is do they do this with all their customers. order number 111415 one item missing from my order after i asked the lady if everything is in the bag when i collected. She said the next day they will deliver it to my home and not even a call on that day. Mind you this is my 2nd review. I even complained on the website. Its the principal behind it. Really this is the worst service and i know because i work in customer service aswell. Please just pay me my money and i will never support this Branch again.
