Kfc Sophiatown

I had quite the evening at KFC Sophiatown. Firstly their cold drink machine has been out of order for more than a month now resulting each time I go there in an additional R50 for buddy cold drinks.

Then, when arriving at the window to receive food you are told to go to the parking area and wait for your food to be delivered to your car. Out of previous experiences with this and orders being messed up I refused. The guy then turns around and within 30 seconds my order is done. I asked so why did you ask me to go park? Keep in mind there is only 1 car behind me and the parking infront of KFC is packed. He said something about a service level they must maintain. I left it and asked him for salt that he threw into the bag and walked away.

Purely disgusting service
