KFC Soneike useless staff

After ordering at the drive through at Soneike KFC, I waited 20 minutes outside for my order when I was told it would take 1 minute. It was not very busy and all the staff seemed to have the same attitude towards clients. They were more interested in entertainment each other than filling any order. I literally ended up leaving without my order. Pathetic to say the least.
