KfC Soneike poor quality food and forever messing up orders

KFC Soneike just disssapoints again. Poor quality food and what's the point of skip the que when you still have to stand in the que and they already made your order 30 mind ago but you only supposed to collect it 30 minutes later but it's been standing for at least 30 mind already. Jeepers, now how do you expect your food to be fresh. I have no words. The quality was pathetic and then the chicken pieces looked it was cut in two as we only got a bone and small piece of meat on it. That is just ****************.
