Kfc snack burgers

My husband went to buy snack burgers for our son's, this is their favourite , when my husband got home and gave the boys their burgers only to find there is no burger Pattie, just lettuce and cheese, why do this if they didn't have Patties they could have told my husband instead of disappointing my kids, who waited up for their favourite burgers, I am really upset
