KFC Smack Across Face

I had apalling service from KFC in Kempton Park. Needless to say, it was not the first time I had received this below mediocre service from KFC near Arwyp and if I don't speak, it won't be the last. I came up to the drive through and ordered a meal for my mother in law and mashed potatoes for my son. Upon receiving my food, I discover that the cool drink is in actual fact warm. I tell them lady serving me (Lolo Libiya) that it's warm and I'd love some ice with it on the side. She proceeds to tell me they will cost me 50c which I gladly and willingly give to her. Much to my surprise, she says I should go around and queue again for the ice. Aggregated, I tell her if that's the rule, cancel my whole order. She mockingly calls for her colleague to come witness. She tells her that I'm causing a scene unnecessarily and she will not give me the ice so the colleague must search for a colder drink and "give him so he can leave" I remind her that I did not ask for a cooler drink, I asked for ice. She rolls get eyes at me, scoffs and says to the colleague "Give it what it wants so it can leave" I immediately asked for her manager and a man named Benzi came and without even gearing my plight says: we apologize. Just like that. He didn't even let me explain our even call Lolo to apologize. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. KFC is a fast food chain of note and to receive service below the name, standards, values and professionalism that it stands for, is disgusting.
