KFC slowest fast food branch

Each time my partner and I make an online order through KFC. The food takes forever to arrived. Previously we used the KFC platform. It's impossible to correctly track the order and the customer service never follow up. Horrible experience, the food arrived cold 2 hours later... Astrocious! Currently we made an order at the Sandown road branch in Blouberg Cape Town via Uber eats. Again 1 hour for the food to get prepared. I don't know why a fast food branch takes so long to have something ready and delivered. This is unacceptable. When ordering fast food, it's should be quick as it is called fast food, not slow food.
