KFC Sleeping its way to profits

Myself and my colleague, goes to KFC in bellville voortrekker road every morning after gym for their cappuccino. As we got there this morning we entered the drive thru as we do all the other mornings. As we reached the speaker we stood there waiting for someone to take my order. After 5 mins of waiting i started saying hello a couple of times but still no one took my order. I then hooted for attention but still no one took my order, the machine was dead. So i drove up to the window and asked the kitchen staff if the drive through was open and they advised me that the drive thru is open and that Lukiswa who is supposed to take the order is SLEEPING!! They then woke her up and she was very apologetic saying that she was up all night working. Does this mean KFC works they people like slaves??? I then placed my order for 2 cappuccinos and 2 am Risers. I then paid for my order and after paying she advised us that there is no stock. She then dissapeared with my bank card (maybe to clone it)???The manager was then called and the stock magically appeared in the kitchen. I am very disgusted with the service and will start supporting Mcdonalds across the road...
