KFC Skin Crumbed disguised as a hot wing

I had purchased a KFC meal which included the 10 hot wings. When I had reached home to have my meal, There was a huge crumbed skin piece disgusted as a wing. So I paid for 10 wings but only received 9. Seriously how can a mistake like that be made in the kitchen and no one checks these?
