KFC Silver Lakes Pathetic Service

First of all, I am a KFC Fan. But when I order a meal for Delivery and having to wait more than an hour for a driver to phone me and on top of that, THE DRIVER COULD NOT EVEN FIND MY PLACE OF WORK, and funny enough, my place of work is literally right across the street from the KFC Branch. So the Driver took another 30 minutes + to actually find my Office, that is 800m from the KFC Branch. My food was Cold, my Hamburger was soggy, all the Garnish ruined and the chicken was pink inside. Then I spoke to their manager over the phone and when I asked him what he is going to do about it, he slammed down the phone in my ear! What pathetic service is this? Is it possible to take legal action against this kind of service for a company like KFC?
