Kfc should do better when it comes to ketchup/serviettes

Recently I went to a KFC in Keywest mall, I bought my meals through a drive through. When I opened the paper ag, there were no serviettes, no ketchup or seasoning salt. I feel they should have explained that they are out of those items.
