KFC shortcomimgs

On Friday 18 December 2020 at about 15h12 i placed an order for a 2 meals at KFC located at Westridge Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town Reference KSA280 (51 Faith as indicated on the slip) transaction 79413

The lady at the collection point indicated that the meals are not ready and there is a staff meeting taking place and told me to park my vehicle and wait for the order.

I refused, and indicated to her that this has occurred more than once at this branch and she was well aware as she served me on those occasions. I politely told that this is a drive thru and not a park thru, also I told her that I am on standby for work.

After approximately 10mins of waiting I got a call to respond to a situation at work so I drove off.

I then returned to the store to collect my meals and had to wait again. At 19h15 i indicated to the shift supervisor that I will lodge a formal complaint, she didn't seem to bothered.

Kindly assist in addressing and rectifying this matter.
