KFC shortchanging customers on the choice of their chicken pieces.

Can someone at KFC head office show me where it has terms and conditions that if a customer is ordering a streetwise two with chips, they are NOT ALLOWED TO ENJOY A PIECE OF BREAT AND A THIGH".
