KFC short orders

my colleagues and I ordered food at KFC Secunda Drive through. when we got to work and confirmed the order we found that the order was shot and called the Head office as the restaurant's phone line aren't working. The head office promised to get back to us with 24hours from the 11th March 2022 till to date I haven't heard anything from them. Poor customer service. You always need to confirm your order and count your wings before leaving that restaurant as they are always dispatching short orders
