KFC Shocking Customer Service

<p>On Friday 30Dec2016 around 19h45, we were buying a meal for the family at KFC Constantia Kloof and the woman taking orders was directing everyone to her window. </p> <p>At the window when we told the lady that her discussion with every customer could be heard over her microphone we were dismissed. As we prpceeded to place our order Hlengiwe was rude when asked questions (what side orders we want, the option selected on the credit card machine), she **** about 2 litre bottles of coke being unavailable and then actually refused to give us her name.</p> <p>Such behaviour towards customers is unacceptable but what made it worse is that she was equally rude to the manager whom we had to call in order to actually get drinks and place our complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>KFC needs to tackle such matters as they create horrible customer experiences and undermine the company image.</p> <p> </p>
