I am a ***** of KFC back from Today onwards I will never order KFC online again

I was so disappointed when I did it online order on your nine piece bucket of chicken for your special

I did three separate orders online at all accumulated to about R240

I placed the order around 11:30 but at 15:00 still didn’t receive anything No calls or messages

I called the branch and no help whatsoever All I hear is I don’t know the delivery is sent with Uber eats No way to track the order and he blocks my number

It was delivered to the wrong address in the end

No food no nothing

KFC please do something about your system and staff
