KFC shayandima staff re-training a must.

On the 12th Jan 2025 I arrived at KFC Shayandima mall to buy some around 22:00 I placed an order was told my order will take 20 min to be served which upon being informed about time it'll take to get my order I did'nt have a problem, problem came when a casher named Sharon assisted a lady who was far down the line first before us who have been waiting for that an hour and when confronted her she said I must take that to her superior as she just doing her job. By the way received my order at 23:07
