KFC Seshego is a health hazard

KFC Seshego is the one almost closest to me. On several occasions I went to buy food there and sit in, I needed to use a bathroom and to find that it was locked, I asked one of the employees for the key, she said they don't have water. This happened on several occasions. KFC, how do you run an establishment like that without running water? Is the food that you are feeding us even health complaint? If you don't have water for paying customers, how and where is your staff helping themselves? And why you have hand washing water but not in the toilets? Does health department even know about this?
