KFC SESFIKILE SQUARE DAVEYTON

Just been to KFC Sesfikile Square Daveyton. My question was... are they really training their cashiers customer service???? This lady Isabel gave me an attitude while she was telling me that they can't sell me a soft twirl but they can sell me a sundae. We had to argue about that whole customers where watching. If I was a mystery shopper, what then? And their lady supervisor was just standing there, and said nothing. I had to go to ROOTSBUTCHERY to get my boys their soft serve. Come on YUM you can do better.
