Good day , we went to Cornubia kfc in phoenix in Durban on the 25/01/2025 and purchased a streetwise feast which was in special. But they didn’t have the rolls or the sugar free cola ,they said they will give us the mash and gravy and cream soda instead to replace it, then we further waited a 20 minutes for the order to be made. This is unacceptable when running a special And the customer service is pathetic and waiting times for a meal We live in chatsworth and was shopping at the mall , never again will be purchase from there
