Kfc service sucks

What absolutely terrible service ordered large had missing items reported it it was confirmed that the items was not received kfc reps **** an said it will be redelievered(this never happen) then a refund they claimed to process which hasn't reflected in weeks they will refund the missing items but not the damaged item which is ridiculous
