KFC SERVICE SUCKS

I purchased 3 all star lunch boxes and 4 zinger wings at KFC tokai and got 3 streetwise one's and 4 zinger wings and all the manager said was sorry there is nothing he can do about it and I can bring it back and he will correct the order. Having used public transport I was not prepared to spend R60 on uber to take back the meal. He was not prepared to assist in any way except that when in the area I could come pick up the correct order. I then lodged a complaint with customer care ref no 416770 and guess what? No help at all. I went back to the store days later and the manager was off duty and the one on duty offered me 2 zinger wings as a replacement because that is what the manager wrote down. I declined and contacted customer care again. Their response was "contact the manager" . Be aware to check your order before you leave or you could be paying R180 for 3 streetwise one.
