KFC service personalized

Workshop KFC,the ladies at this branch were just amazing to me and other customers. As I was observing while waiting to be served,the warmth of their welcoming and how they talk to their customers is amazing. When it became my turn nothing changed except that I got a service I never received before at any KFC outlet. The lady at the till point asked what I would have and went further to suggest things I can have it with, as I was a bit confused. As well told me how long it will take to have my order out,while waiting the lady taking orders out asked if I will be eating in order take away. I said sit in and she prepared everything for me and gave me on a tray,this is normal. But the way she did it was totally different from the way I am used to being served.
