KFC Service is shocking

Your customer service is honestly shocking. I have been in contact with you via your Facebook messenger service. I initially logged my complaint on 25th Feb and to date have not had a single phone call or resolution to my complaint. I keep being told my query has been escalated etc but no resolution. If there was a zero star option, I'd give you this.
