Kfc service is Poor

I placed an order at kfc Greenpoint I placed the order on Uber eat o called the store when the food got here to tell them about the smell and how the food taste the manager was rude with me telling me unfortunately the is nothing they can do I need to contact Uber eat I made complaint with Uber eat and they told me unfortunately they can’t refund me as if I was asking for refund no I wasn’t all I wanted for them to understand they sold old food and smelly food . I called the call centre the guy I spoke to didn’t even help me he told me I need to call Uber eat yet again I never ordered the food with Uber they delivered my food now this is so upsetting because no one treated me as a customer I feel so angry now I wasted my money and I got bad service and either had my food I had to throw the food away I’m so upset and unhappy !!!
