KFC SERVICE EXCELLENCE

I am a loyal KFC customer and enjoy their Tuesday and Sunday specials. I usually frequent KFC Smith Street and on two occasions I was supp**** with inferior portions of the 6 piece special. The second time I decided to complain about the three drumsticks I was given in a box of 6 pieces.

I did the survey on the till slip and conveyed my feelings. What a pleasant surprise was to follow. Within a day, I received an SMS with a code for a free Streetwise Two at the same branch. I received an email which, whether or not it's a stock response, really felt like an apology. I next received a call from the branch with another heartfelt apology and an invitation to collect my Streetwise Two at any time and told to ask for the manager to serve me the next time I am there. I feel this was above and beyond excellent customer service and KFC in general needs the accolades.
