KFC service disgusting!!!!!

On the 1st of April we went to KFC in Queenstown for a bucket of zinger wings. My boyfriend asked the cashier if there were any other wing orders since we were in a hurry as we were traveling to Cape Town, they said no at the time ours was the only order. After a few minutes we saw people being given wings, when we enquired they told us that you don't just oder and wait for your number to be called. After ordering you must go to the side where the food is being dispatched, show your slip and then your order will be made. This sounds ridiculous and i feel stupid by just writing it out but that is what we were told after waiting. When we complained to the manager all they did was refund us with no explanation or aplogy or an attempt to get us our wings. i am disgusted with KFC.
