Kfc service at night

I went to kfc selection park springs and the told me that they don't have chips all of a sudden they had chips and the gave me ten chips and I asked why this ten chips the told me they count their chips and for a 3 piece chicken with chips it's 10 chips in a pack and I asked for the manager or supervisor they told me they don't work after hours
