KFC Service Appauling

<p>Waited 25 minutes for food, then when asked what the problem was, they said they had to cook my burger. In the meantime numerous people who ordered after me, left with their meals (including burgers).</p> <p> </p> <p>When i finally got my food, there was no apology or thank you for coming etc!!!</p>
