KFC Service

We arrived at the store and waited 20 min in line at the drive through to be help. We turned around nd went inside. When we requested on what is happening we were told that they are short stuff. I called for the manager that came after they shouted from the front... He informed us that the Sony have enough stuff. He was smiling the whole time... There were other customers also that were not happy. This should be addressed. TX
