KFC service

I'm so disappointed with the level of service that I received from a lady named Siphamandla on Sunday morning on the Drive-thru. As we were queueing, someone walked to the Drive-thru and they were assisted while we were waiting. My friend then said to Siphamandla he is not with the fact that she assisted someone else who was not in the queue while we were supposed to be served. Siphamandla's reply was "okay, what's your order?" I asked her you don't even apologise you just say okay with a stinking attitude. I asked her what's her manager in duty's name and she said it was Eric and I asked her to call him. I then spoke to Eric and explained what happened and while I was speaking to Eric she kept on cutting me off and the manager didn't say a thing he just said "I'm sorry" . I vented on the manager and then left and I overhead him ( Eric) saying that "these are the customers who are always being difficult" which I fail to understand how am I being difficult when the staff members fails to deliver a good service and the manager doesn't call the person into order. I'm so not happy with KFC prominade mall.
