KFC serves poor quality food

Two orders of Pops ordered via Mr Delivery from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, from the Tabeleview Bayside Mall branch, were burned and hard (inedible) They also arrived without the ordered condiments.

I have had 3 separate incidents of poor food quality from this branch, with no comeback. Disgusting.
