KFC serves frozen food to customers

I purchased a coffee and spicy chicken wrap on 3 May 2025 between 9 and 9h30 in the morning for R94.80 at the KFC on Ondekkersroad opposite the BP Garage. The coffee was served to me in a films cocola cup which cannot hold hot beverage so the coffee leaked out. I was asked to wait for the meal in the parking lot as the chicken had to be defrosted. After waiting and looking forward to my breakfast a staff member handed me my packet and I proceeded to open up my meal and upon the first bite, I tasted a most disgusting wrap, the wrap itself was half frozen and so was the meal, it was so cold. I spat the food out and through the coffee and the meal I to the dustbin I the parking lot. You should have this on camera. So KFC just got a whole R94.80 richer without having to do much and I am left with a horrible taste of KFC, not sure if I will ever be able to eat KFC again.
