KFC SERVES DRY TASTELESS FARE

I visited KFC Vangate mall recently & had the following experience: 1) On order 109 I was overcharged for extra Zinger sauce. I had brought this to the attention of a staff member but I guess my query was ignored as when I got home there was extremely little Zinger sauce on the burger. I had even requested that I would take a little sauce in a small plastic container then a refund would not be necessary….Yet nothing!

2) I waited more than 30 mins for my burger & Zinger wings.Earlier I had approached same staff member above due to the long wait, but I was told that I have to wait as there were customers before me????What I could not understand was persons who paid after me received their orders long before me.

3) Zinger burger review: Extremely disappointed. No extra Zinger sauce. Chicken fillet was incorrect temperature. Fillet was completely dry around the edges & lacked flavour. Lettuce was not so fresh as come to expected. Roll was over-toasted as dark -brown colour was present.

4) Zinger wings review: 2 of the winglets were ok(but only just). The other 2 winglets had no taste,chicken meat & skin turned black indicating staleness.Colour,texture,taste & temperature of the 2 winglets completely different from other 2.

To sum up, this food fare was not worth the in-excess of 30 mins wait neither the money spent on the food. Terrible KFC experience. Not impressed at all.
