KFC serves Burnt chicken to customers
Went KFC Reservoir hills today, ordered the family treat for R187.00 and came home only to find that KFC packed me burnt Oily chicken, ( I took pictures as proof). All the pieces were burnt. Just so dissapointed in KFC, is this the standards they keep too, take peoples money and serve them poor quality food .

08 Feb 2019, 12:56it's surprising that KFC Reservoir hills, doesn't even take customer complaint serious, till date, no calls at all from the store or head office, seems that they just don't care anymore. Thanks for the horrible food

18 Jun 2019, 14:36Second review on no response, Almost 6 months now, still no reply to my complaint, not even 1 call from KFC reservoir hills, guess they handle their customer complaints just like how they burn their chicken , just don't care once you have taken the customers money, thx KFC
