KFC selling rotten food

I ordered KFC using the Uber app. It was delivered on time but the coleslaw was rotten. It had a terrible stench which suggests it had been rotting for days and was slimy. I immediately contacted KFC customer service and they gave me a reference. No one has followed up with my complaint since. KFC does not respect their customers and has shown a don't care attitude. KFC health and safety standards should be investigated and they must shut down stores that pose a health risk to customers, especially in such a time of a pandemic where the health and safety of people should be a priority.
