KFC SELCOURT SPRINGS A DISGRACE

With a lot of hesitation I am doing this anyway...I have been a weekly customer at the KFC Selcourt branch for many years, this weekend was the last straw! For some reason I keep going back although there is a KFC branch not even one kilometer away from my house.......

My experience with the KFC Selcourt branch more than once a month end up in a disaster, my order is either wrong or incomplete this while four staff members attend to my order at once. I will not go into detail (it will sound ridiculous if I have to mention my experience with them this passing Saturday) I can not believe that personnel working with public is so ***********, it is actually an embarrassment.

I guess the obvious choice is not to go there. After I have to went back because of my half of my order was not packed I ended up in having my money refunded and went to the KFC branch nearby I was surprised that this was the way they present themselves. Although it was very busy I didn't wait for an hour my food was fresh, COMPLETED and CORRECT what a nice experience your service is excellent, fast efficient and after a long day you receive the public with the greatest most generous approach.
