The lady answering the phone is really, rude, she needs to be taught what customer service is. I call more than 10 times trying to put an order for collecting or delivery, she first said they don't take orders after 4, when i tried explaining that ill pick the order up she said they don't do collections and instead of explaining further or giving me options she put my call on mute until i hung up!
