KFC Secunda - Bad service

Last night I went to KFC in Secunda @ 9:30 to buy food as there was power failure in our area. When I got there, I was advised that they were still cooking meat and I should wait for 10 minutes. I then went to withdraw cash at the ATM and came back 9:40 and waited in the Drive-thru queue. We waited for 20 minutes just to be told that there is no more meat to serve. I explained to the lady that I was at the branch previously and I was advised to come back 10 minutes later, as I was given the same reason that she's giving me. She then explained that there was nothing that she could do.

To my thinking, the ladies were in a rush to knock off that they did not WANT to service us, a family of 5, with 6 chicken pieces.

I am really disappointed with the level of service that we received, as I previously mentioned, there was no electricity in our area, and we went to KFC to get food, as we didn't cook.

Me, my wife and my sister's children ended up sleeping on an empty stomach because of this entire situation. I was babysitting my sister's children, as she was admitted to hospital earlier that day.

Can the management of KFC PLEASE teach their staff how to treat their customers fairly. This is not the first time I experience such bad service at this SAME KFC, and this is NOT the first time I laid a complaint against them. Sadly, my first complaint fell on deaf ears. I hope this time around I will get feedback about this situation.

I will DEFINITELY not go back to that KFC branch, and I will DEFINITELY not refer that KFC branch to anyone.

KFC Secunda has the worst service ever!
