KFC SECOND LET DOWN IN -30DAYS

The last time I complained it was because of competition entry with regards to masala chicken. I especially like going to KFC for their promotions and once again. HUGE LETDOWN! I ordered a Streetwise Mix and upon picking up order it was yelled "sorry no bag" just like that. No one even bothered to put a sign or check or explain that there's no more bags upon ordering. That's the level of competence of your staff. And I'm officially done. Yes it may seem dramatic but where's the customer service that one prides itself in. Again same KFC. Never buying there.
